Our Occupational Therapy is:

QUALITY

We are committed to quality. We listen carefully and take time to clarify. We read widely, following evidence based + best practice principles. We use objective health measurements, and take the time to consider whether what we are doing is actually working, realigning things where necessary. We are committed to research and finding solutions that will help make your life work better.

PERSONALISED

With your therapy goals in mind, we put together a range of carefully considered recommendations, and carefully guide you through steps that will help get there. We review programs regularly, and make adjustments as needed. We want to make sure that you are getting the most out of every session. No cookie cutter or “one size fits all” approaches here.

Because of this, we need your expertise, no-one knows your situation better than you, so we will always be encouraging you to be actively involved in the process.

PRACTICAL

We will get practical in our approach. We are serious about your goals, and will help you to build your priorities, making sure we keep the main thing, the main thing. We will take time to consider the best strategy, the best therapy, the best equipment that will be most likely to make a difference. We want what we do to make your life work better.

fOUR STEPS TO GET STARTED:

  1. Contact us! Send us an email and tell us what you need out of occupational therapy. If we can’t help, we will be straight up about that, and it won’t cost you a cent. But if we can help you, we will recommend you take the next step, and book an Initial Appointment.

Feel free to skip this step, and secure your booking today, by clicking below.

  1. Tell us More! This step (the Initial Appointment and Therapy Plan) usually costs about $1440. During our Initial Appointment we will ask a bunch of questions, that will help us to get to know you, including undertaking assessments. We will focus on your needs and goals. Arising from this appointment, we will develop a personalised Therapy Plan for you, and email it to you along with a Service Agreement for consideration.

  2. Consider the Therapy Plan and Service Agreement we have provided, including our quote. Ask questions, gain clarity, make suggestions.

  3. Get Started! If you wish to proceed, sign the Service Agreement, and email it back to us to secure your sessions.
